Buy-Back Guarantee Major Terms and Conditions:

A home with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, per InterNACHI's Standards of Practice, is not eligible for buy-back.

A home with issues not required to be inspected, per InterNACHI's Standards of Practice, is not eligible for buy-back.

The Guarantee applies to your primary residence only; not to rentals or "flip" properties.

The home must be listed for sale with a licensed real estate agent.

The Guarantee may be honored for up to 90 days after closing.

The inspection must be performed by an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector already participating in the Buy-Back Program.

InterNACHI will pay you the purchase price, but you are responsible for any applicable fees and real estate commissions.

RecallChek is an amazing service that is included in the price of every full home inspection. We feel that this is a service that all home inspectors should provide with their home inspections.

During the home inspection, serial and model numbers are recorded of every major appliance in the home including the furnace, water heater, built in air conditioner, built in microwave, freezer, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, clothes dryer, and clothes washer.

The information is sent to a third party that reviews this and sends you a separate report outside of the home inspection report.

If any recalls are found on any of the appliances information is provided on who to contact for repairs or replacement.
