FULL HOME INSPECTION:
A home is probably the biggest purchase you’ll ever make, so it’s important to understand the condition of your investment. Our inspector, Fred, will provide a non-invasive evaluation of the home’s accessible structure, systems and components. While a home inspection can’t reveal every concern that exists, it will significantly reduce your anxiety by arming you with the knowledge you need to make an informed home-buying decision.
FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS INSPECTION
Our inspector is certified as "First Time Home Buyer Friendly". What this means for you is you will receive a free copy of a home maintenance book as well as extra time at the end of the inspection to go over the inspection and answer any questions that you might have.
MOVE-IN INSPECTION:
Are you selling your home? Let Fred inspect it before you even list it. A Move-In Certified® Seller’s Inspection alerts you to any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates. Avoid 11th-hour negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price by having your home for sale inspected now.
SEWER SCOPE VIDEO INSPECTION:
Sewer scope video inspections are an important add-on service to a home inspection. They are recommended for homes older than twenty years, homes with large, established trees, and for new home builds. If a line is damaged the cost to repair can range from $2,000 to $30,000+. Our inspector, Fred, will uses a special camera system to scope your sewer line up to 130 feet to determine any blockages or damages that are interfering with your plumbing system’s proper drainage.
Finding and addressing such problems now can head off catastrophic and expensive repairs later.
Pricing: $195 with home inspection, $295 stand-alone inspection.

WETT Wood Burning Appliance Level 1 Inspection
Pricing: $195 + GST with home inspection.

COMMERCIAL BUILDING INSPECTION:
A commercial building inspection will identify the current condition of the property. Everything from the interior of the building to the ventilation and air conditioning system will be checked during a commercial building inspection and finalized with a professional quality report.
Our inspector is a Certified Commercial Property Inspector, Certified Master Inspector, and Professional Engineer. All inspections comply with the Certified Commercial Property Inspector Association Standards of Practice.
Commercial building inspection pricing starts at $795 + GST for properties under 2,000 square feet.
Pricing adjustment may be needed if specialized inspections are required.

INFRARED INSPECTION:
Our inspector, Fred use a state-of-the-art infrared camera to find problems that aren’t always apparent to the naked eye. An IR camera translates the heat signatures of objects into colors on a gradient scale, with higher temperatures appearing as lighter colors, and lower temperatures and wet areas appearing as darker colors. By evaluating these images, Fred can detect sources of energy loss, missing or inadequate insulation, locate areas of moisture intrusion, and uncover other problems.
Pricing: $245 for a residential building.
CONSULTING SERVICES: $195/hour
Consulting services include partial home inspections, insurance inspections, expert witness litigation services, and quality assurance inspections.
